Anleitung zur Fehlersuche
Die Anleitung zur Fehlerbehebung hilft Ihnen, die häufigsten Probleme und Lösungen im Zusammenhang mit Ihrer iClean Dog Wash-Einheit zu ermitteln.
1 Sicherstellen, dass die Stromzufuhr (Hauptschalter) zum Dog Wash eingeschaltet ist.
2 Sicherungsautomaten im Schaltschrank prüfen. Sie müssen sich in der Stellung 'oben' befinden.
3 Den Trennschalter am Transformator prüfen (USA). Falls nicht, diesen wieder einschalten.
1 Sicherstellen, dass die Wasserzufuhr zur Hundewaschanlage nicht unterbrochen wurde.
2 Überprüfen Sie, ob ein Programm gewählt wurde.
3 Sicherstellen, dass auf dem Timer ein Guthaben vorhanden ist oder dass sich das Gerät im "Freilaufmodus" befindet.
4 Sicherstellen, dass die Waschpistolentaste gedrückt ist.
5 Waschpistole entfernen und prüfen, ob sie verstopft ist.
6 Sicherstellen, dass die Wasseranschlüsse richtig angeschlossen sind, d. h. heiß auf heiß und kalt auf kalt.

2 Prüfen, ob der Heizer das Wasser erwärmt und richtig angeschlossen ist.
3 Wasserthermostatventil einstellen.
1 Magnetventil auf Verschmutzung prüfen und ggf. reinigen.
1 Überprüfen, ob der Eingangswasserdruck richtig bei 1,5-2,5 bar (20-60 PSI) ist.
2 Sicherstellen, dass keine Ventile geschlossen oder teilweise geschlossen sind.
1 Schläuche auf Undichtigkeiten kontrollieren und ggf. austauschen.
1 Saugventil im Reinigungsmittelbehälter überprüfen.
2 Saugventil ausbauen und reinigen.
1 Sicherstellen, dass ein Programm gewählt ist.
2 Reinigungsmittelstand im Vorratsbehälter im Technikschrank überprüfen.
3 Dosierpumpe neu befüllen.
4 Prüfen, ob Dosierpumpenschlauch verstopft oder fehlt.
5 Sicherstellen, dass der Schalter der Dosierpumpe nicht ausgeschaltet ist.
1 Primäres und sekundäres Haarsieb (Haarfalle) überprüfen und eventuelle Rückstände entfernen.
2 Abluss der sanitären Anlage auf Verstopfung überprüfen.
1 Funktion des Relais im Schaltschrank überprüfen.

This year (2022) it has been 14 years since we started in the Dog Wash business! At the moment (2022) we have produced 2750 Dog Wash units and all units are still up and running!
The iClean Dog Wash is an offspring of the original Dog Wash from Australia, of which hundreds are already operating worldwide. iClean International has improved and redesigned the original Dog Wash and updated it with Car Wash quality (Heavy duty) components and touchscreen (11-inch or 22-inch) with a lot of extra functionality. The iClean Wash machines are built with the best components in the market. Absolutely no concessions are made. We built our machines to last a lifetime.
Both, we can build the machine to work on 110 Volt or 230 Volt.
The iClean Dog Wash machines are made from aircraft grade stainless steel (304B) for easy cleaning. There is a triple filtration hair trap.
Approximately 100 dogs can be washed per gallon of shampoo in any of the iClean Dog Wash models.
The user can choose the following programs:
Shampoo, Rinse Water, Conditioner, Flea Wash, Blow Dry Low, Blow Dry High and Disinfectant.
As long as your products are compatible with the pumps and lines, you are fine. Watch out you do not use a bad quality product that is not suitable for the Dog Wash machine, this will void the warranty. We supply specially formulated wash products for the iClean Dog Wash machines.
There are chains to tether your dog on either side of the Dog Wash machine. Also, the sides are high enough that most small and average size dogs won’t try to jump out.
No, the iClean Dog Wash comes ‘Plug and play’.
All of our self-serve Dog Wash units can be equipped with a coin validator, banknote reader and Nayax payment terminal (For mobile payment, chip/ regular credit cards). Each Dog Wash unit is configured to accept the currency of the country it is shipped to. The coin validator can be configured to accept coins or tokens or both.
We configure the Coin validator and Banknote reader of your Dog Wash unit to work with the currency of your country.

When the iClean Dog Wash is installed outside in countries with harsh winter conditions, we will insulate the technical cabinet and install a spiral heater to keep the system above freezing point.
You will need a power socket with 110V (20 amp) or 230V (16 amp), a fresh water line and a drain connection. You can compare it to the installation of a dishwasher at home. Our machines are plug and play. A local plumber can install the machine in approx. 1-1.5 hours. You find the required items in the installation package.

The iClean Dog Wash is designed to be familiar to the user, along the lines of a self serve car wash. Once you insert payment, the timer allows you to use the time you’ve paid for in any way that you choose. You can switch back and forth from the selections or spend all of your time on one, the choice is yours. All the products are infused into the water stream, allowing for most dogs to be washed in a matter of a few minutes.
