Gids voor probleemoplossing
De gids voor het oplossen van problemen helpt u bij het bepalen van de meest voorkomende problemen en oplossingen met betrekking tot uw iClean Dog Wash-eenheid.
1 Zorg ervoor dat de voedingsspanning (hoofdschakelaar) naar de unit is ingeschakeld.
2 Controleer de zekeringen in de schakelkast. Ze moeten in de 'omhoog'-positie staan.
3 Controleer de zekering op de transformator (VS). Wanneer deze uit staat, schakel deze dan weer in.
1 Zorg ervoor dat de watertoevoer naar de unit niet is afgesloten.
2 Zorg ervoor dat er een programmakeuze is gemaakt.
3 Zorg ervoor dat er credits op de timer staan of dat de unit in ‘Free mode’ staat.
4 Zorg ervoor dat de knop van de sproeikop is ingedrukt.
5 Verwijder de sproeikop om te controleren op verstoppingen.
6 Controleer of de wateraansluiting correct is, warm op warm en koud op koud.
1 Zorg ervoor dat de binnenkomende watertoevoer heet is.
2 Zorg ervoor dat de boiler water verwarmt en correct is aangesloten.
3 Pas de thermostaatkraan van het water aan.
1 Controleer de magneetklep op vuil en maak deze indien nodig schoon.
1 Controleer of de waterdruk van de toevoer juist is ingesteld: 20-60 PSI (1,5-2,5 bar).
2 Controleer of er geen kleppen (gedeeltelijk) zijn uitgeschakeld.
1 Controleer de slangen op lekkage en vervang ze indien nodig.
1 Controleer de aanzuiglans in de jerrycan.
2 Verwijder en reinig de zuigklep.
1 Zorg ervoor dat er een programmakeuze is gemaakt.
2 Controleer het niveau van het wasmiddel in de container in de technische kast.
3 Vul de doseerpomp opnieuw.
4 Controleer op verstopte of ontbrekende doseerpompslang.
5 Zorg ervoor dat de doseerpompschakelaar niet uit staat.
1 Controleer op en verwijder indien nodig afval in het primaire en secundaire haarscherm (haaropvang).
2 Controleer de afvoer op verstoppingen.
1 Controleer of het relais in de schakelkast werkt. Druk op de relaisknop om de föhn te activeren.
1 Controleer of de muntproever stroom krijgt.
2 Reinig het muntpad en de sensoren.
Gebruik een droge linnen doek om ervoor te zorgen dat er geen vuil of stof achterblijft.
1 Alleen tokens van iClean Dog Wash werken.
2 Stuur de muntproever op voor testen en programmeren.
1 Controleer of de bankbiljetlezer stroom krijgt.
2 Controleer de knipperlichten aan de voorzijde in de ringinzet van de bankbiljetlezer.
3 Controleer of de kassa correct is geïnstalleerd.
4 Reinig het biljetpad en de sensoren.

This year (2022) it has been 14 years since we started in the Dog Wash business! At the moment (2022) we have produced 2750 Dog Wash units and all units are still up and running!
The iClean Dog Wash is an offspring of the original Dog Wash from Australia, of which hundreds are already operating worldwide. iClean International has improved and redesigned the original Dog Wash and updated it with Car Wash quality (Heavy duty) components and touchscreen (11-inch or 22-inch) with a lot of extra functionality. The iClean Wash machines are built with the best components in the market. Absolutely no concessions are made. We built our machines to last a lifetime.
Both, we can build the machine to work on 110 Volt or 230 Volt.
The iClean Dog Wash machines are made from aircraft grade stainless steel (304B) for easy cleaning. There is a triple filtration hair trap.
Approximately 100 dogs can be washed per gallon of shampoo in any of the iClean Dog Wash models.
The user can choose the following programs:
Shampoo, Rinse Water, Conditioner, Flea Wash, Blow Dry Low, Blow Dry High and Disinfectant.
As long as your products are compatible with the pumps and lines, you are fine. Watch out you do not use a bad quality product that is not suitable for the Dog Wash machine, this will void the warranty. We supply specially formulated wash products for the iClean Dog Wash machines.
There are chains to tether your dog on either side of the Dog Wash machine. Also, the sides are high enough that most small and average size dogs won’t try to jump out.
No, the iClean Dog Wash comes ‘Plug and play’.
All of our self-serve Dog Wash units can be equipped with a coin validator, banknote reader and Nayax payment terminal (For mobile payment, chip/ regular credit cards). Each Dog Wash unit is configured to accept the currency of the country it is shipped to. The coin validator can be configured to accept coins or tokens or both.
We configure the Coin validator and Banknote reader of your Dog Wash unit to work with the currency of your country.

When the iClean Dog Wash is installed outside in countries with harsh winter conditions, we will insulate the technical cabinet and install a spiral heater to keep the system above freezing point.
You will need a power socket with 110V (20 amp) or 230V (16 amp), a fresh water line and a drain connection. You can compare it to the installation of a dishwasher at home. Our machines are plug and play. A local plumber can install the machine in approx. 1-1.5 hours. You find the required items in the installation package.

The iClean Dog Wash is designed to be familiar to the user, along the lines of a self serve car wash. Once you insert payment, the timer allows you to use the time you’ve paid for in any way that you choose. You can switch back and forth from the selections or spend all of your time on one, the choice is yours. All the products are infused into the water stream, allowing for most dogs to be washed in a matter of a few minutes.
