Dogs are pretty fastidious when it comes to keeping themselves clean. And more often than not, they do end up with a decent job of grooming and keeping their coats clean. But that doesn’t mean that we needn’t lend a helping hand. After all, dogs are severely limited by their anatomy: all they have are their mouths and paws to do the job. Giving them a proper brush down every once in awhile can help a great deal with fur related issues, especially on breeds with thicker and longer coats.
